Discounts for Military and First Responders
DAILY WATERFOWL RATE --$150 + $25 GUIDE FEE
(tips not included)
STARTING JANUARY 1, 2026 DAILY FEES WILL INCREASE TO $175/HUNTER. IF YOU BOOK YOUR HUNT BEFORE JANUARY 1ST WE WILL HONOR THE $150HUNTER PRICE!
Hunts can be reserved with a $50 deposit by check (minimum 10 days prior to hunt date) or by Paypal (Call or Text Neal Brooks 815-739-9822 for details).
Field Hunting Hours: Sunrise until 3 PM, (subject to change at guides discretion due to weather conditions).
SPECIAL !!! Youths age 15 & under get their first hunt at MHC FREE (guide fee only paid).
Another thing I offer and feel strongly about is this; if you know of a fellow hunter that has fallen on hard times and simply is not participating due to the cost of a hunt, call me. I will never deny anyone the privilege of hunting due to cost. I will gift a free hunt to a paying hunter and they can extend the free gift to their friend. Take advantage of the opportunity but PLEASE do not take advantage of me. I want this to be in those cases where there is a need and yet do not want to forget that everyone has their own pride. That is why the "free hunt" goes to you and you are the "winner" that can be the hero in the eyes of someone that may need uplifting.
